The electronic device accelerator pedal is used in the electronic device accelerator automatic control system. Information such as opening degree, car speed, etc., calculate the best opening degree of the throttle valve. The ECU manipulates the output torque of the brushless DC motor, and continuously adjusts the throttle opening of the electronic device. The throttle position sensor reports the data signal of the throttle valve position to the ECU to generate a closed-loop control system, and finally makes the electronic device throttle smoothly to the best opening.
The accelerator pedal sensor is installed inside the accelerator pedal to monitor the position of the pedal. When the accelerator pedal sensor detects the change of the aspect ratio of the accelerator pedal, it will send the information to the ECU. The ECU will calculate and solve the information and the data information transmitted by other system software, and calculate a manipulation data signal, which will be sent to the ECU according to the route. To the servo motor motor car relay, the servo motor motor pushes the throttle actuator.
If there is a common fault in the accelerator pedal sensor, the fault indicator light will flash, and the ECU will not be able to recognize the size of the accelerator, which will cause the vehicle to shake at idle speed, the accelerator is stuck, the fuel supply does not respond, or the driving force cannot be driven and cannot be driven. At this time, the maintenance should be completed immediately, remove the total throttle, look for the signal output line that matches the sensor, use the digital multimeter resistance gear to accurately measure the route, turn the foot pedal, observe the change of the instrument panel label value, and distinguish whether there is any common error. Check whether the wiring harness of the sensor vehicle is short-circuited or the connector has fallen off. If it is damaged, replace it immediately.
