2. Product introduction
After passing through the filter element A in the lower part of the lower body, all the liquid water in the air is filtered out. The air enters the drying box B upward, and the drying box is equipped with a desiccant. The main function of the desiccant is to absorb the vaporous moisture in the air. The compressed air to be dried enters the blowing chamber C through the upper cavity of the one-way spherical throttle valve. Enter the air storage cylinder through the one-way valve of the outlet 2 of the blow-out chamber. The filtered and absorbed water accumulates in the lower part of the lower chamber of the dryer. When the air pressure of the air storage cylinder reaches a certain value, the air pressure regulating valve sends a signal air pressure to the discharge valve D at the lower part of the dryer through port 1, and opens the discharge valve, so that the drying blows. The compressed air in the clean room is reversed through the one-way throttle valve, and the accumulated moisture is blown out of the dryer to meet the discharge requirements.

Common failures of dryers in use are:
(1) After the compressed air of the air compressor enters the dryer, the compressed air leaks out through the throttle valve cavity, indicating that the piston or O-ring in the throttle valve of the dryer is damaged, out of the groove, or pulled. It should be repaired, cleaned or replaced in time
(2) When the compression pressure reaches the specified standard value, the exhaust valve D of the dryer can not stop the exhaust under normal working conditions, which means that the piston is caused by foreign objects, strains, and stuck. The small piston and sealing O-ring should be removed in time for inspection or replacement.
(3) The working condition of the air compressor is good, the air intake of the dryer is normal, but the output '1{ is extremely poor. At this time, there are two reasons. One is that the moisture, oil and impurities in the desiccant exceed the standard, so The air hole is blocked; the second is that the check valve of the air outlet 2 of the dryer is stuck, indicating that the dryer has not been maintained for a long time, please remove the first dryer assembly for a complete system maintenance.
