The working principle of the car cooling fan is as follows: 1. The high and low speed of the car fan is controlled by a thermal switch (F18). This switch has two gears and is installed on the water tank to detect the water temperature. It sends the two-speed signal to J293, and J293 conducts different open circuits to control the high and low speed of the electronic fan. 2. Turn on the air conditioner and both fans should turn. But it should be noted that the air conditioner and the electronic fan are two relatively independent systems, which are controlled by two computers, named J301 (air conditioner) and J293 (electronic fan). J301 just gives a signal to J293 to force 2 electronic fans to start. Other than that, there isn't much connection. 3. The car fan is installed behind the water tank (close to the side of the engine compartment), and when it is turned on, the air is pulled in from the front of the water tank; but there are also individual models of fans that are installed in front of the water tank (outside), and the wind is blown toward the water tank when turned on. The start of the fan is automatically turned on or off according to the water temperature. When the vehicle speed is fast, the air pressure difference between the front and rear of the vehicle is enough to play the role of the fan to maintain the water temperature to a certain extent. Therefore, the fan can be used at this time. Not working
