    Troubleshooting

    The damage, wear, deformation and loss of dynamic balance of the drive shaft parts will cause abnormal noise and vibration of the car during driving, and in severe cases will lead to damage to related components. When the car is running, it makes a "Geddon" sound when it starts or accelerates rapidly, and it clearly shows the feeling of loose parts. If it is not the loose transmission gear of the drive axle, it is obviously the loose mechanical parts of the transmission shaft. The loose parts are nothing more than universal joint cross bearing or steel bowl and flange fork, spline shaft and spline sleeve of telescopic sleeve. Generally speaking, the shaft diameter of the cross shaft and the bearing gap should not exceed 0.13mm, and the meshing gap between the telescopic spline shaft and the spline sleeve should not exceed 0.3mm. Exceeded usage limit should be repaired or replaced.
    When the car is driving, if the chassis makes a "humming" sound, and the higher the operating speed, the louder the sound. This is generally due to the wear and tear of the universal joint cross shaft and the bearing, the wear of the intermediate bearing of the transmission shaft, the damage of the intermediate rubber support or the looseness of the hanger, or due to the wrong position of the hanger.
    1) The traditional method for the wear of the drive shaft in China is generally repair welding, bushing, pitting and other methods, but when the material of the shaft is 45# steel (quenched and tempered), if only the surfacing treatment is used, then Welding internal stress will be generated. In the case of heavy load or high-speed operation, cracks and even fractures may occur at the shaft shoulder. If stress relief annealing is used, it is difficult to operate, and the processing cycle is long and the maintenance cost is high; When the material is HT200, it is not ideal to use cast iron welding. Some companies with high maintenance technology will use brush plating, laser welding, micro-arc welding and even cold welding, etc. These maintenance technologies often require higher requirements and high costs.
    2) The latest maintenance methods For the above repair technologies, it is not common in European, American, Japanese and Korean companies. Developed countries generally use polymer composite material technology and nanotechnology. Maintenance cost and maintenance intensity, among which the most widely used is the Meijiahua technology system. Compared with traditional technologies, polymer composite materials not only have the strength and hardness required by metal, but also have the concession (variable relationship) that metal does not have. The technology can ensure the size matching of the repaired part and the matching parts to the greatest extent; at the same time, by using the comprehensive advantages of the composite material itself, such as compression resistance, bending resistance and elongation rate, it can effectively absorb the impact of external force, and greatly reduce and offset the bearing. The radial impact force on the shaft and the possibility of gaps are avoided, and the secondary wear of the equipment caused by the increase of the gaps is also avoided.
