Wedge joints are generally made of casting or integral forging, and are mainly composed of three parts: wedge sleeve, wedge core and horizontal pin. In batch production, the wedge joints of each nominal size must also be tested at the factory. The number of tests is 2% of the batch, and the absolute number is not less than 2. All test pieces must meet the requirements, then the batch of products If one of the products does not meet the requirements, the sampling test must be doubled. If the test does not meet the requirements, the batch of products is unqualified.
